About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Teamcenter 2606 upgrade program including assessment, design, implementation, testing, cutover, rollback, and hypercare.
- Provide technical and solution architecture leadership over Teamcenter environment components ensuring performance, scalability, availability, and data integrity.
- Manage cross-functional teams and client-facing governance for upgrade strategy, integration validation, risk mitigation, and production readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10+ years of hands-on Teamcenter experience with ownership of at least one major Teamcenter upgrade or migration.
- Strong project/program management skills with senior client stakeholder management experience.
- Technical expertise in Teamcenter architecture components including Web/AWC, Enterprise Manager, FMS/FSC, Dispatcher, Oracle, storage, and high availability.
- Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India (IN-HR); Onsite or hybrid attendance subject to client/business needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading large, complex Teamcenter upgrade projects involving multi-site, multilingual data, and distributed CAD/file access.
- Capable of technical escalation handling, architecture decision-making, performance and capacity planning while coordinating cross-domain teams (DBA, CAD, Infrastructure, Security).
- Comfortable in a client-facing role managing executive reporting, risk (RAID) management, and transition to business-as-usual support.
