About This Role
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders and invoices with strict adherence to billing procedures.
- Manage monthly financial closings, post month-end information, and assist accounting with financial reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve billing queries, handle credit and rebill processes, and support process improvement projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) Billing and sales order review.
- Commerce graduate/postgraduate or MBA Finance degree required.
- Strong accounting knowledge with experience in ERP systems; NetSuite and SFDC experience preferred.
- Location: Pune, India (Kharadi office), work from office; Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working within Shared Resource Centre or Global Business Services environments preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with strong command over written and spoken English to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity or proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and improve business workflows.
