About This Role
- Lead advanced analytics projects including statistical modeling, regression, market basket, churn modeling to optimize promotional spend and ROI.
- Manage all aspects of data analysis projects from data preparation through model implementation to results presentation and storyboarding.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and guide junior team members on technical and functional analytics aspects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative or management field (Master's preferred).
- At least 8 years of experience in Advanced Analytics and Commercial Effectiveness.
- Expertise in statistical modeling techniques including A/B testing, regression, clustering, classification, decision trees, forecasting, and customer analytics.
- Advanced skills in Python, R, and advanced Excel; excellent communication and presentation skills in PowerPoint.
