About This Role
- Lead and grow engineering teams building Gaia, an AI-powered Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) platform for enterprise data insights.
- Own design, development, and delivery of large-scale AI and RAG systems including model serving, GPU infrastructure, and distributed backend services.
- Collaborate across Product, Architecture, Data Science, and global engineering teams to execute strategic projects increasing Gaia adoption and revenue.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience including planning and delivering high-quality products.
- 5+ years of managing or leading high-performance development teams.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
- Domain expertise required in distributed systems, data management, storage, Kubernetes or data pipelines/ETL.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving engineering execution and delivery across geographically distributed teams.
- Strong background in AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, semantic search, LLMs, vector databases, or similar AI data platforms is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to establish engineering best practices and to manage staffing, resource allocation, and development velocity with measurable impact.
