About This Role
- Lead technical design, estimation, planning, and delivery of Outreach's native iOS and Android apps, ensuring feature consistency and high-quality releases across both platforms.
- Define and implement multi-year technical roadmap, including architecture modernization, automated CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and mobile operational excellence practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other platform teams to deliver secure, reliable, and accessible mobile experiences for enterprise customers.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years professional software development experience with 8+ years building and shipping native mobile apps.
- Hands-on expertise in iOS (Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, Swift Concurrency) and Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow), with iOS strongly preferred and production experience on both.
- Proven experience as a technical lead managing multi-quarter feature roadmaps and coordinating across multiple teams for delivery on committed dates.
- Strong knowledge of mobile release engineering, security (OAuth/OIDC, secure storage), CI/CD, app store processes, performance, and accessibility.
