About This Role
- Support and optimize Epicor ERP and enterprise business systems by analyzing requirements, troubleshooting issues, and implementing system enhancements.
- Lead testing, validation, deployment, and user training activities related to system upgrades and process improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize enhancements, align system capabilities with business objectives, and support ERP-related projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise business systems.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP, Workday, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Exact.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years supporting ERP or enterprise systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating business requirements into scalable ERP configurations and process optimizations within multi-site or multi-company environments.
- Proven ability to manage ERP rollouts, user training, and stakeholder collaboration across manufacturing, supply chain, or business operations.
- Skilled in facilitating cross-functional discussions, supporting continuous improvement, and aligning technical and business teams for system adoption.
