About This Role
- Take full end-to-end accountability for strategic customer accounts, from discovery through realized value delivery.
- Design and build integrated AI solutions combining Skan platforms, enterprise data, analytics, and agentic AI agents with hands-on execution.
- Mentor and coach other consultants while establishing reusable solution patterns and raising delivery quality across the team.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of end-to-end complex or strategic delivery experience, preferably from top consulting firms or system integrators with hands-on AI-first delivery.
- Strong architecture skills across systems including data, analytics, applications, and AI agents.
- Deep expertise with Skan or comparable AI-driven process platforms and strong applied AI/ML fluency.
- Ability to travel approximately 40% to customer sites.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in client-facing roles requiring high ownership, agility, and independent judgment in ambiguous settings.
- Proficient in identifying strategic value beyond task execution, focusing on data-driven solutioning and translating insights into business impact.
- Has prior background from top consulting firms (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG) with a builder’s mindset and solution-led approach in AI-driven enterprise environments.
