About This Role
- Lead the migration of existing data pipelines to enhance encryption, data retention, and user data deletion while keeping outputs unchanged.
- Design and implement engineering processes including testing, code reviews, incident management, and releases for data pipelines.
- Mentor a Data Engineer to ensure sustainable ownership and independent maintenance of migrated pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in data engineering.
- Hands-on expertise with Airflow, Spark, dbt, BigQuery, and Python.
- Proven technical leadership in at least one full data pipeline migration maintaining output integrity.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
