About This Role
- Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver complex application systems for the Enterprise Issue Management / Controls Technology platform.
- Provide strategic technical leadership, monitor results, and enforce compliance and risk management aligned with firm standards.
- Manage personnel duties including performance evaluations, hiring, and disciplinary actions for technology teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in technical solutions and architecture for complex business problems.
- 10+ years of experience with Java/J2EE, Full Stack development, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Strong experience in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, RDBMS (Oracle, MongoDB, Postgres), and cloud infrastructure (OpenShift, AWS).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- Experienced leader capable of managing and mentoring multi-location development teams towards common strategic goals.
- Proficient in designing and delivering horizontally scalable, highly available, low latency distributed applications using microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and experienced operating in diverse, multi-stakeholder environments with a focus on compliance and governance.
