About This Role
- Own and define the long-term technical architecture to ensure scalability and resilience of the platform at 10x growth.
- Design and build core infrastructure services and microservices supporting machine learning, frontend, and platform teams.
- Drive critical engineering outcomes by aligning technical architecture with business goals to enhance engineering velocity, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering experience with progression into Principal or Sr. Staff Engineer roles at high-growth tech companies or top-tier AI labs.
- Strong hands-on coding skills and system-level architecture experience; proficiency in Kubernetes, Python, Golang, Postgres preferred.
- Proven experience in building and optimizing distributed systems focusing on performance, scalability, and monitoring.
- Experience leveraging or integrating AI tools/workflows in engineering processes or decision-making.

- Technical leader capable of balancing deep hands-on coding with strategic system design and architecture decisions.
- Experience working in high-growth or startup environments requiring high ownership, rapid execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
