About This Role
- Lead operational execution of Reckitt's global transfer pricing framework and intercompany operating model, ensuring compliance and control across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.
- Manage end-to-end transfer pricing calculations, financial data review, and resolution of data quality issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives including process standardization, ERP controls enhancement, and governance strengthening across the Intercompany Centre of Excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Finance, Management Accounting, FP&A, Intercompany Finance, Transfer Pricing Operations, or Shared Services.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline mandatory; professional qualifications (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
- Experience managing complex multinational financial processes with cross-border transactions and global stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
