About This Role
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting according to US GAAP, focusing on revenue recognition, cost control, and balance sheet presentation.
- Support budgeting and forecasting by analyzing revenue and cost data to enable informed decision-making by finance and agency management.
- Manage month-end close activities including journal entries and accruals; support financial template creation and process improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) operations mandatory.
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in accounting or finance required.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP required.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel; experience with ERP or BI tools preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in FP&A within agency or finance business partner environment, comfortable handling P&L management and financial analysis.
- Detail-oriented with ability to interpret client contracts impacting revenue, cost, and compliance.
- Capable of managing multiple financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
