About This Role
- Develop and deploy AI-powered agents and automated workflows to enhance client financial systems (EPM/CPM) efficiency, focusing on variance analysis, forecasting, close reporting, and data reconciliation.
- Embed with client finance teams to understand workflows, identify automation opportunities, and deliver production-grade AI solutions live in client environments.
- Contribute to reusable AI frameworks and maintain quality standards for AI systems in financial contexts, including integration with major financial platforms and ensuring output auditability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years software engineering experience, with at least 1 year building AI applications or LLM-powered agents.
- Proficiency in Python, LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API), SQL, and integration with APIs and financial systems.
- Working knowledge of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and variance analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in interfacing with CFOs, controllers, and FP&A teams to translate financial needs into AI solutions.
- Comfortable traveling frequently (up to 50–80%) and working onsite embedded with clients.
- Skilled at building production-grade AI systems with proper guardrails for regulated environments and familiar with financial planning/reporting platforms (Oracle EPM Cloud, OneStream, Anaplan, etc.).
