About This Role
- Lead business analysis efforts with a focus on insurance domain core areas like Policy Administration, Claims, Risk Rating, and Technical Accounting.
- Drive requirements engineering and agile delivery processes including workshops and discovery facilitation.
- Manage stakeholders and model processes using tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, and BPMN to deliver impactful insurance solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Business Analyst roles with insurance domain expertise.
- Experience with core insurance systems such as ABS, BMP, Guidewire, or equivalents.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Visio, BPMN, and requirements engineering within agile frameworks.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in BA roles with insurance domain focus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading client workshops and able to work effectively at client locations.
- Strong background in multiple insurance sub-domains including FNOL, Product Onboarding, Payments, and Recoveries.
- Certified business analysis professional (IIBA CBAP or equivalent) preferred with strategic understanding of insurance platforms and agile delivery.
