About This Role
- Implement AI-native product development to deliver measurable business value using cutting-edge technical approaches.
- Own feature lifecycle from design to delivery by collaborating with product managers and ensuring well-architected, scalable, and reusable code.
- Build and enhance intuitive user experiences with modern UI frameworks, integrate automated testing, and participate in design/code reviews to uphold software quality and performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of software industry experience with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- At least 1 year hands-on experience with LLM prompting, agent design, retrieval systems (e.g., RAG, semantic search), and integrating LLM APIs such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Bedrock, or Vertex.
- Proficient in JavaScript/Node.js , Python, and Java with strong skills in data modeling and query optimization.
- Experience building and debugging evaluation harnesses and metrics for AI features including accuracy and regression detection.
