About This Role
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions focusing on Oracle HCM Cloud platform components such as BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Monitor and support production services related to Compensation & Benefits, HCM Core, and HCM Payroll; manage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, while ensuring secure and reliable software operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of formal software engineering experience with practical exposure to system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) including BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Proficient in modern programming languages and database querying in a corporate environment and experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools.
- Working knowledge of SRE, DevOps practices, CI/CD methodologies, application resiliency, and security in agile environments.

- Capable of applying AI-assisted development tools critically and guiding peers on secure, responsible AI usage within engineering workflows.
- Skilled in troubleshooting integrations, monitoring production systems, and documenting root-cause analyses with an emphasis on stable, secure delivery.
