About This Role
- Lead and manage large engineering teams focusing on Python and Lang-graph technology stacks.
- Own architecture and technical decision-making for microservices, distributed systems, REST APIs, and cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Drive adoption of DevOps practices including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and oversee platform engineering and enterprise integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience in engineering leadership roles.
- Proficient with Python and Lang-graph technology.
- Experience with microservices, distributed systems, REST API architecture, and AWS cloud-native development.
- Location: Pune, India; Full-time role.

- Experienced leader with a strong background in managing large teams and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
- Demonstrated expertise in cloud-native architectures, DevOps, and platform engineering in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity or experience with AI Agents, intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, LLM/GenAI integration, and SaaS multi-tenant platforms is a plus.
