About This Role
- Review and extract key terms from derivatives and financing legal agreements for accurate data setup in internal systems.
- Manage resolution of documentation discrepancies by coordinating with legal, credit, business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and support regulatory initiatives to enhance controls, quality, and efficiency within markets documentation operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years experience reviewing derivatives master agreements and related trade documentation within investment banking or law firm environment.
- Strong knowledge of derivatives legal documentation such as ISDA Master Agreements and Credit Support Annexes.
- Ability to adapt to rotating shifts as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working cross-functionally with legal, credit, business, operations, and technology teams in a documentation or legal operations context.
- Demonstrated capacity for end-to-end ownership, strong attention to detail, and disciplined management of multiple deadlines.
- Background or education in law or commerce and familiarity with regulatory initiatives affecting documentation processes.
