About This Role

Minimum Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience involving technical strategy across multiple teams or organizations.
- Deep experience designing large-scale distributed systems with strong understanding of scalability, reliability, and performance trade-offs.
- Hands-on production experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud services including security best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading cross-functional initiatives and setting technical direction without direct authority, influencing senior engineering leadership.
- Strong background in observability, reliability engineering, and engineering productivity tooling across distributed systems.
- Practical knowledge of AI-assisted development integration and organizational AI strategy impacting engineering outcomes.
