About This Role
- Designs and delivers secure, stable, and scalable software solutions across multiple technical areas in support of firm business objectives.
- Develops and maintains high-quality production code using Java Springboot and AWS services, including UI development with Javascript and React JS.
- Leverages enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, ensuring validation through peer review and automated testing.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with Java Springboot and AWS services.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted software development tools within an enterprise environment, able to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
- Experience with UI development using Javascript and React JS.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working in large corporate environments with demonstrated ability in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools and agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
- Capable of applying responsible AI principles in engineering workflows, guiding peers in secure and effective AI tool usage.
