About This Role
- Lead large-scale HR transformation programs focusing on enterprise HRIS and time & attendance system implementation and integration.
- Manage cross-functional teams, vendor relationships, budgets, risks, and ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-scope, and on-budget.
- Drive continuous process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and deliver measurable business value through digital HR enablement.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in HR technology or enterprise IT environments.
- Strong expertise in HRIS, payroll, time & attendance systems, and enterprise systems integration.
- PMP or equivalent certification and formal training in agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Location: Hyderabad; Salary range: INR 40-45 LPA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder HR transformation programs with strong vendor and budget management skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau to monitor project KPIs and outcomes.
- Skilled in translating technical solutions into business value and driving adoption with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
