About This Role
- Review and approve trade bookings done by Trade Processors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Enter all trade activity within the global business unit, meeting established timelines and maintaining high accuracy standards.
- Distribute investor correspondence such as confirmations, settlement advices, contract notes, statements, and market value statements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Mathematics, Quantity Survey, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Preferably 2-4 years of experience in Finance - Corporate Finance, Investment, Merchant Banking, or equivalent; fresh graduates may also apply.
- Knowledge of hedge funds or mutual funds is an asset.
- Excellent data and alphanumeric entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or familiarity with fund administration operations, especially related to alternative asset servicing.
- Detail-oriented with capability to maintain high accuracy in trade processing and data entry.
- Ability to support and coach trade processors, indicating some mentoring or team support experience.
