About This Role
- Lead a high-performing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team managing critical infrastructure across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
- Drive continuous improvement of reliability metrics, automated incident response, capacity planning, and adoption of agentic AI and AIOps to prevent outages and optimize resources.
- Set governance standards, mentor engineers, collaborate with product, security, and compliance teams to deliver resilient services at scale.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in site reliability, infrastructure engineering, or DevOps, with leadership of large, high-scale teams.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible).
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI, AIOps platforms, and machine-learning-based incident response solutions.
- Location: Bengaluru. Salary range: Rs 75,00,000 - 90,00,000 per annum.
