About This Role
- Own and execute the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for SOC cloud SaaS platforms with a focus on regulatory compliance and scalability across international markets.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise SOC applications, including cloud migration efforts.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement; prioritize features based on business, customer, and technical impact alongside senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in financial regulatory reporting technologies within banking or related domains.
- Minimum 4 years hands-on programming with .NET Framework, .NET Core, Microservices, RESTful services, and C#.
- At least 3 years in product leadership managing SaaS products for UK, Europe, and USA markets.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing SOC-compliant cloud infrastructure and enterprise IT with strong focus on compliance and security.
- Proficient operating within Agile/Scrum environments, using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps, and familiar with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Skilled at translating complex regulatory business requirements into technical solutions and coordinating cross-functional teams for product delivery.
