About This Role
- Lead planning and implementation of technical IT projects for US-based clients, coordinating offshore development teams in India.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables using Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Serve as primary client contact and ensure effective communication, stakeholder management, and adherence to project governance and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of IT project management experience, including at least 5 years in Agile environments.
- Experience managing large-scale projects with offshore development teams, preferably with US-based clients and Indian MNCs.
- Full-time onsite position in Hyderabad, Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools; PMP, CSM, or similar certifications preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, concurrent IT projects with cross-functional and offshore teams, especially within Indian MNCs serving US clients.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills to manage expectations and relationships effectively.
- Technical background or certifications and familiarity with AI/ML, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps practices preferred but not mandatory.
