About This Role
- Lead digital transformation programs by engaging NGO leadership and stakeholders to define, monitor, and achieve key program objectives and KPIs.
- Manage end-to-end program delivery including requirements gathering, solution design coordination with technology vendors, implementation support, user onboarding, and issue resolution.
- Oversee post-implementation monitoring by tracking system usage, measuring program performance, identifying gaps, facilitating corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in project management, program management, or consulting with emphasis on technology or digital transformation projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Location: Mumbai or Pune; Job Type: Full-time.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with proven experience working across organizational levels.

- Experienced in managing development sector or not-for-profit projects involving multi-stakeholder coordination and digital program execution.
- Capable of balancing strategic leadership with detailed operational program management, including risk mitigation and performance measurement.
