About This Role
- Manage and ensure availability, security, and cost-efficiency of GSK's Enterprise AI platform estate including Google Cloud services (BigQuery, Vertex AI, GKE/Cloud Run) with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
- Lead platform engineering team by setting technical direction, hiring, coaching, and developing engineers to enhance platform ownership and delivery performance.

- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; hands-on with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), GitOps, CI/CD; and production experience on Google Cloud data and AI services including BigQuery, Vertex AI, GKE/Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, IAM.
- Experience operating production services with defined SLOs and on-call duties, and managing or leading engineering teams involving hiring and performance management.
