About This Role
- Facilitate and manage Agile Scrum ceremonies and processes to ensure timely project delivery and team effectiveness.
- Coach and mentor Agile teams on Scrum best practices, continuous improvement, and Agile maturity.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to align project execution with business goals and manage backlog priorities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of IT experience including at least 2+ years as a Scrum Master in software development environments.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban; experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years as Scrum Master; total 5+ years in IT.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading Agile teams within software development, with strong facilitation and coaching capabilities.
- Skilled at managing multiple Agile teams and driving organizational Agile transformations.
- Comfortable working with distributed teams and coordinating among diverse stakeholders to ensure Agile adoption and delivery alignment.
