About This Role
- Lead and manage global delivery of complex client projects across a book of work, ensuring timely execution, high service quality, and conversion to revenue.
- Develop and implement Service Delivery strategy aligned with company growth, scalable operations, and continuous improvements including automation and process maturity.
- Own financial and delivery outcomes, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Finance, and provide senior leadership and escalation management across stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years relevant experience preferred; PMP, Prince2 or PSM certification desirable.
- Strong domain knowledge of financial markets including market data, trading, and regulatory themes.
- Expertise in delivery operating models, project/program leadership, and stakeholder management in complex multi-party environments.
- Shift working hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 19:30 to 04:00; Hybrid work arrangement with weekly office presence; Occasional weekend work required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with a track record of driving large-scale project delivery and transformation initiatives within financial technology or market data environments.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to partner effectively across Sales, Product, and Finance to manage revenue and margin.
- Technology-minded with understanding of hosting, network, systems, cloud, software, and IT operations, combined with advanced decision-making and communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
