About This Role
- Develop, implement, and maintain automated and manual test plans and scripts for Windchill PLM products.
- Collaborate with developers, QA lead, and product managers to shape product quality and release management under Agile methodologies.
- Define and track QA metrics (defect densities, open defect counts) and contribute to testing strategy across fast-paced, geographically distributed teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Web UI automated and manual testing.
- Proficiency with Java, Selenium, Playwright and at least one automation tool for Web UI testing.
- Experience with version control tools like Git or SVN, and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Functional knowledge on Windchill including Windchill Quality Solutions preferred but not strictly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering quality assurance for complex PLM systems with a focus on Windchill products.
- Capable of independently designing testing strategies balancing quality with time-bound delivery in Agile environments.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed team with frequent software releases.
