About This Role
- Design, build, and deploy scalable AI, generative AI, and machine learning models integrated into production workflows using Python, SQL, and modern AI frameworks.
- Develop and optimize complex data pipelines, APIs, and SQL queries across distributed databases to support enterprise-wide data and AI initiatives.
- Lead technical design discussions, deliver demos and training, mentor team members, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years professional experience in software development and data engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced skills in Python (including frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and SQL including query optimization across relational and distributed databases.
- Experience operationalizing AI and generative AI models including prompt workflows and large language model orchestration in production.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in implementing end-to-end AI and data engineering solutions within enterprise and regulated environments.
- Strong communicator who can effectively bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders including senior leadership.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced agile environments with a strong grasp of software engineering best practices such as CI/CD, containerization, and version control.
