About This Role
- Contribute to AI prototype development and delivery in collaboration with business unit teams under senior FDE direction.
- Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) and multi-agent AI workflows as standard development tools.
- Prepare clean handoff documentation and working software for scale-up by Solutions Engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of full-stack or AI/ML engineering experience including prototype to production delivery.
- Proficient in Python plus one or more of TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI patterns such as agents, multi-agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in customer-facing or innovation-focused engineering environments such as startups or specialized teams.
- Familiar with regulated industry constraints relevant to biopharma or similar fields.
- Comfortable working under mentorship and contributing to evolving reusable engineering patterns in AI development teams.
