About This Role
- Own delivery of AI prototypes (PoC/PoV/MVP) from problem framing to working software within days-to-weeks, embedded directly with business unit teams.
- Operate AI-native engineering workflows using AI coding assistants to accelerate and validate development, focusing on judgement and domain understanding.
- Hand off proven AI solutions with architecture, risks, and scaling considerations to senior engineers for production scaling; contribute reusable assets and coach business unit engineers on AI-augmented methods.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years total experience in full-stack or AI/ML engineering with production deployments.
- Proficiency in Python plus at least one of TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI patterns (agents, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, prompt engineering) and daily use of AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in rapid AI prototyping embedded in business units, capable of closing the gap between AI capabilities and business needs operationally.
- Prior background in AI-native or innovation-driven environments such as startups, Anthropic, Palantir, OpenAI, or as Solutions Architect/Customer Engineer at hyperscalers.
- Familiar with regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, financial services) including GxP, GDPR, SOX and contributing engineering patterns to wider teams.
