About This Role
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable backend systems using Java Spring and Node.js with cloud technologies like AWS.
- Own end-to-end software development lifecycle with focus on secure, high-quality, and compliant solutions; drive performance optimization and observability.
- Mentor engineering teams, enforce standards around CI/CD, code quality, and promote continuous cloud and DevOps adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, architecture, and system integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT (B.E./B.Tech), Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA), or Master's in Computer Applications (MCA).
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, AWS (CloudFormation, ECS, Fargate, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, IAM).
- Role location is Hyderabad, Telangana; external candidates only.

- Experienced technical leader with deep backend and cloud architecture expertise in enterprise systems.
- Comfortable owning architecture discussions, performance tuning, and cross-team technical mentoring in Agile environments.
- Skilled in stakeholder communication bridging technical and non-technical audiences, with a track record of implementing engineering best practices at scale.
