About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of full-stack cloud-based software solutions with architecture ownership.
- Provide technical leadership including guiding engineering teams, code reviews, and stakeholder engagement across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Mentor engineering talent, drive engineering standards, and evaluate emerging technologies including AI-enabled solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years software engineering experience and approximately 10 years overall technology experience.
- At least 3 years of technical leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in full-stack development with JavaScript, Angular, APIs, integration services, and AWS cloud platform experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading design and delivery of large-scale cloud-native applications in distributed engineering teams.
- Strong technical architecture and solution design capabilities with exposure to AI technologies such as Generative AI and conversational AI platforms.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively and mentor engineering teams in a hybrid working environment, based in Hyderabad.
