About This Role
- Lead and develop engineering teams responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and reliable Java full-stack cloud solutions.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of software projects with technical oversight in Java, microservices, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies (primarily AWS).
- Manage stakeholder alignment, risk, engineering quality, Agile practices, and continuous improvement across technology initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management, Full-Stack development, or IT service delivery with prior leadership experience.
- At least 3 years of people management experience with ability to lead and develop technical teams.
- Strong technical expertise in Java full-stack development (Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices) and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced engineering leader comfortable managing cross-functional teams delivering complex cloud-native Java applications.
- Strong technical background in Java full-stack and cloud technologies, able to provide coaching and technical direction.
- Proven ability to partner with business and technical stakeholders to drive delivery, manage dependencies, and lead continuous engineering process improvements.
