About This Role
- Lead and manage cross-functional Agile delivery teams to ensure effective sprint execution and project delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage team capacity, risks, dependencies, and promote Agile best practices for continuous improvement.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver strategic technology initiatives while supporting hiring and talent development.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology delivery or Agile leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading Agile software delivery teams with strong people management and Scrum expertise.
- Role based in Hyderabad, Telangana; only qualified external applicants considered.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader skilled in Agile delivery and people management with a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Comfortable operating in complex technology environments involving Agile transformation and continuous improvement.
- Preferably has a software engineering background or Scrum certification and exposure to cloud-based or AI-enabled product development environments.
