About This Role
- Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver the Enterprise Issue Management (EIM) / Controls Technology platform.
- Own application systems analysis, programming activities, and personnel management including hiring, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Provide strategic and technical leadership including risk assessment, compliance adherence, and cross-functional senior stakeholder communication.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in technical solutions and architecture for complex business problems.
- 10+ years of experience with Java/J2EE, Full Stack development, microservices, and enterprise architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing multi-location teams; strong knowledge of CI/CD, cloud infrastructure (OpenShift, AWS), distributed systems, databases (RDBMS/Oracle/MongoDB/Postgres), and Agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with a background in designing and delivering enterprise-grade distributed, microservices-based applications in a regulated environment.
- Proficient in emerging AI concepts and tools (e.g., Agentic AI, RAG frameworks, Copilot/Devin), with understanding of AI/ML governance and responsible AI practices.
- Capable of operating in multi-stakeholder, diverse global teams with strategic influence and strong risk and compliance mindset.
