About This Role
- Support the Global Billing Data Sourcing Lead in migrating billing processes from legacy manual methods to automated data sources within Data Hub and Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB).
- Monitor, track, and report progress, targets, and outcomes of billing data transformation initiatives to ensure timely client billing within agreed SLAs.
- Partner with invoicing, setup teams, and governance groups to identify automation opportunities, support UAT for new data sources, and validate system build outs to optimize billing data processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Finance, or equivalent industry-recognized qualification.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Financial Services, Global Services, or Investment Banking related IT industry.
- Experience in billing data sourcing, automation, and working with Oracle-based billing platforms (specifically ORMB) preferred but not explicitly stated as mandatory.
