About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise financial systems including ERP, consolidation, and planning platforms.
- Manage system configuration, upgrades, issue resolution, and maintain system availability, performance, security, and data integrity.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives, standardize processes globally, support mergers/acquisitions, ensure compliance, and lead a team of financial systems analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7-10+ years experience in finance, financial systems, ERP management, or finance transformation.
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or similar enterprise systems.

- Experienced leader in financial systems within complex global organizations managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Strong background in financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and finance operations aligned with technology implementation.
- Proven ability to drive system implementations, process improvements, and change management with excellent stakeholder collaboration skills.
