About This Role
- Lead requirement elicitation, analysis, validation, and backlog management to deliver technology-enabled business solutions.
- Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation across business and technical teams.
- Support Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, release planning, risk/issue management, and user acceptance testing, ensuring traceable and testable requirements aligned with business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Technology Consulting, or related fields.
- Strong skills in requirement elicitation, prioritization, validation, Agile methodologies, and backlog management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in relevant domain.
