About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards to support data-driven business decisions.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, Python automation scripts, and advanced Excel models for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define KPIs, manage Power BI security (RLS), and continuously optimize reporting solutions for scalability and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related roles.
- Strong expertise in Power BI (including advanced DAX, Power Query, RLS), SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, optimization), Python programming for automation, and advanced Excel functionalities.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in relevant roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing enterprise reporting solutions and managing data models, including knowledge of dimensional modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
- Skilled in integrating data from operational and business systems (ERP, CRM, ticketing), with familiarity with Azure Data Services and ETL platforms if possible.
- Capable of translating complex data into actionable insights and communicating analytical findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
