About This Role
- Build and enhance Workday integrations including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, report-based integrations, and file-based integrations using SFTP.
- Perform integration fixes, enhancements, refactors, unit testing, and support SIT/UAT ensuring quality and supportability standards before deployment.
- Collaborate with US-based Integration Leads, Architects, and functional consultants; participate in agile ceremonies and manage integration documentation and troubleshooting.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on Workday Integrations experience.
- Mandatory certifications: Workday Pro Integrations Services and Workday Pro Studio Services.
- Strong experience with EIB, Core Connectors, report-based integrations (RaaS), Workday security concepts, CSV and XML file formats.
- Experience supporting US-based clients in an offshore delivery model.

- Experienced in managing complex Workday integration projects within distributed offshore/onshore teams.
- Strong technical expertise in Workday integration tools and adherence to integration standards and security.
- Capable of working independently with clear guidance, demonstrating strong ownership and attention to detail.
