About This Role
- Own full-cycle recruitment across US, India, and Philippines for clinical, patient engagement, product, billing, and IT roles, managing 15+ open requisitions concurrently.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines, conduct screening and interviews, coordinate offer process including US-specific compliance (Form I-9, E-Verify, background checks).
- Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment dashboards; provide hiring progress reports and recommend process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years full-cycle recruitment experience, including at least 2 years hiring US-based roles.
- Working knowledge of US hiring practices and employment requirements: EEO, Form I-9/E-Verify, background check rules, pay transparency laws.
- Experience managing high-volume and specialized roles; strong sourcing skills including Boolean search and direct outreach.
- Ability to work overlapping US Central and Eastern time business hours; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
