About This Role
- Manage end-to-end application life cycle including hosting, databases, licensing, development, testing, release, performance, security, and automation.
- Lead technical direction for development, enhancements, integrations, and modernization across frontend (Angular), backend (C#/.NET), APIs, microservices, and databases (MongoDB, SQL Server).
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, perform troubleshooting, guide developers, review code/designs, and manage relationships with service providers.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12+ years of software development experience with significant solution design or technical leadership in complex enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular, C#/.NET, ASP.NET WebAPI, REST APIs, microservices, MongoDB, and SQL Server.
- Experience managing application release cycles, performance, security, and supporting business-critical enterprise applications.
- Work Experience Required: 8-12+ years in software development and technical leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to own technical solutions and guide developers through complex engineering challenges in enterprise environments.
- Experience coordinating technical dependencies and working cross-functionally with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on maintaining maintainable, reliable, testable engineering practices.
