About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of condition monitoring and predictive maintenance projects from purchase order handover through installation, commissioning, and transition to ongoing monitoring services.
- Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, risk, and coordinate supply chain and field teams to ensure timely delivery and customer acceptance.
- Serve as primary technical and commercial contact for customers, overseeing renewals, upsell opportunities, and account plans to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Renewable Energy Engineering or closely related discipline.
- 5-8 years experience in technical project delivery, engineering services, commissioning or customer-facing project management.
- Experience coordinating hardware supply, site execution, and ongoing technical services across multiple teams.
- Willingness to travel to customer offices and wind farm sites across India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects with strong coordination between sales, engineering, field, and analytics teams.
- Comfortable handling commercial milestones including schedules, invoicing, payments, and customer escalations with strong planning and communication skills.
- Preferably with background or strong interest in wind energy industry and condition monitoring, and some CRM or project management certification.
