About This Role
- Ensure 100% fulfillment of sales demand through efficient end-to-end supply chain planning and optimization of plant resources, inventories, and logistics.
- Lead a team of 2-3 plant production planners to roll out monthly and weekly production plans aligning with replenishment plans and plant capacity.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Imports, and Marketing to align operations and publish key performance reports on replenishment accuracy, inventory levels, and resource utilization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) required.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in production planning, inventory management, and shipment planning within manufacturing industries such as Automobile, FMCG, or Consumer Durables.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP PP module including BOM and master data management mandatory.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% and relocate as per future business needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing supply chain planning and production scheduling within manufacturing environments, preferably with some exposure to Alcoholic Beverages industry.
- Proficient in SAP PP module and capable of handling master data and BOM updates effectively.
- Able to lead a small team and drive cross-functional collaboration for operational alignment and reporting.
