About This Role
- Lead and define Quality Engineering and AI Testing strategies across UI, API, Database, Automation, and AI/LLM applications to ensure scalable, reliable software delivery.
- Manage end-to-end testing processes including risk-based testing, defect management, and quality metrics; drive automation initiatives integrating Playwright, WebdriverIO, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java with CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor and develop QA teams; work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Security and Business teams; establish AI testing best practices addressing accuracy, hallucination, safety, and AI security risks.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Engineering with end-to-end project delivery and team management.
- Experience leading QA teams in Manual, Automation, and AI/LLM testing, with expertise in Playwright, WebdriverIO/Selenium, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java.
- Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, Agile methodologies, test planning, risk and defect management, and quality metrics.
- Hybrid work model based in Gurugram with requirement to work onsite at least 3 days per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated leadership in managing QA teams focused on AI/LLM testing and quality engineering at scale, capable of driving organizational quality strategies.
- Proficient in defining and executing testing strategies for emerging AI technologies including RAG, vector databases, generative AI, and prompt engineering.
- Experienced in modern DevOps and CI/CD integration with strong stakeholder management and analytical skills, promoting continuous quality improvement.
