About This Role
- Manage and execute on-ground field operations in Bangalore across multiple locations.
- Coordinate with field teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and operational compliance.
- Collect, validate, and maintain accurate field data using digital tools and resolve operational challenges promptly.
Minimum Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in field operations, field sales, or related roles; freshers with right attitude considered.
- Must be based in Bangalore and willing to work on-site from office and field 6 days a week.
- Strong communication and influencing skills and comfort with digital tools and data entry.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed for field operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proactive and tech-savvy individual comfortable working in fast-paced, onsite operational environments.
- Experience or interest in technology-driven field operations or Physical AI companies is advantageous.
- Able to independently manage multiple field tasks and coordinate with diverse teams for effective execution.
