About This Role
- Manage daily site operations including cab deployment, routing, scheduling, driver and vendor coordination to ensure smooth fleet utilization and trip execution.
- Drive service quality by monitoring SLA/KPI, conducting quality checks, performing root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain client and vendor relationships, handle escalations, prepare MIS reports, and analyze operational/financial performance to improve efficiency and profitability.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Mobility, Transportation, Fleet Management, Employee Transportation, or similar industry.
- Graduate degree required.
- Proficiency in Telugu/Hindi and local language mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of fleet deployment, driver management, SLA/KPI monitoring, RCA, CAPA, client and vendor management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in corporate employee transportation or mobility services with operational ownership of fleet and ground operations.
- Skilled in quality management frameworks focusing on service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Adept at client/vendor engagement and performance management with ability to analyze operational data for strategic improvements.
